 The lighting is best an hour around sunrise or sunset and we'll work  around that time, which ever you choose. We do charge a fee for the  session and if you do not cancel within 48 hours you forfeit. Of  course we will schedule reshoot immediately if at all possible, unless  you Bail on us!  Returns and or repairs, replacements require return of  original with a refund of shipping. Any or ALL processes may take 4-6  weeks.
